Wills or Trust and Bequests
Bequest to the Daughters of the Nile Foundation will continue your support of Shriners Hospitals for Children® after your death. Federal estate tax laws encourage charitable bequest by allowing an estate tax deduction for the full value of charitable gifts. No limit is placed on the amount that can be left to a charity and deducted from your estate as a charitable contribution. Go to Gifts by Wills Trust or Bequests to learn more.
When appreciated real estate is given to and accepted by the Foundation, capital gains taxes are avoided and the full fair market value of the property may be deductible as a charitable contribution. Go to Gifts of Appreciated Assets to learn more.
When ownership of an existing policy is given to the Foundation, you can immediately deduct it as a charitable contribution. Go to Gifts of Life Insurance to learn more.
Gifts of securities can be made quickly easily and can enable you to do more with your gift because of tax benefits. Go to Gifts from Retirement Accounts to learn more.
