$100 per year for 5 years or a one-time donation of $500.00.
I authorize The Store Committee to fill out a pledge card in my name. With the first $100.00, a wonderful pin commemorating my contribution will be awarded.
Once my pledge has been Honored IN FULL, I will receive the Rose Gift.
