The Daughters of the Nile Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity which generates increased donations for the Convalescent Relief Account (“CRA”) and Convalescnet Endowment Fund (“CEF”) from our own members, donations from the public at large, through grants from various levels of government, and by gifts and grants from foundations and corporations.
The business affairs of the Foundation are managed by the Foundation Board of Directors composed of Past Supreme Queens, Ladies of the Household and Past Queens. The Directors are elected at a regular meeting of the Foundation Board of Directors and serve until their successors are chosen and qualified as provided int he Foundation Bylaws.
